Scheduling
Because we respect your time, we try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Due to the fact that we provide complex dental services, circumstances may occasionally lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and you may be assured that you will receive the same individualized attention and care when we are with you. We make every effort to keep you informed of any anticipated wait you may have, and will offer to reschedule your appointment if the wait may be excessive.
We do not double book patients as some offices do. Since the time in our schedule is reserved specifically for you, we would ask that should an emergency arise and you have need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you provide at lease 24 hours notice. We do reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for late cancellations.
