Insurance

We will do everything we can to maximize your insurance benefit. To assist you in determining if your insurance will help pay for your dentistry, we will provide a Complimentary Insurance Benefit Analysis for you prior to, or during your first visit.

We are happy to file your insurance claim as a courtesy to you. Please remember that our relationship is with you, our patient, NOT the insurance company.

Our patients who are fortunate enough to have dental insurance to help with their care, will be asked to pay their estimated portion at the time of treatment, or make appropriate Financial Arrangements prior to treatment.

Insurance checks will be sent to us. If we do not receive the insurance check in 35 days after the claim is submitted, we will activate a line of credit or charge the balance due to your credit card. We will be happy to then assist you in resolving the matter with the insurance company so that you may receive the insurance payment.

We will make every effort to accurately quote what we anticipate your insurance will cover. This is ONLY AN ESTIMATE, and we cannot be responsible for what the insurance finally covers. It is your responsibility to know the limitations of your policy and to assume financial responsibility for the care you receive.
